Bargaining + Contract: Approved Departmental Guidelines
In accordance with Article 9 of the UNF-UFF Collective Bargaining Agreement 2017-2020, departments and the library may develop guidelines to be used when applying University Criteria governing annual performance evaluations, tenure (where applicable), and promotions to faculty members who are subject to the CBA.
Departments can use Article 18 rather than developing department-specific guidelines.
