UFF-FA Joint Survey Results and Executive Summary
The PDF below contains the results of the UFF-UNF and Faculty Association (FA) joint survey that was conducted between June 7, 2021 and August 31, 2021.
We want to thank the 403 faculty who participated in the Faculty Climate Survey, a collaboration between UFF-UNF and the Faculty Association. We have analyzed the data from the survey addressing faculty working conditions (including pandemic conditions) and our salaries at UNF. The report also includes an executive summary of key findings. UFF-UNF will use this report to inform future collective bargaining negotiations on salary and compression & inversion.
